Shopping With Us - Our Policies
Everything you need to know about delivery, returns, refunds, and payment when you order from us online.
1. Order Confirmation & Processing
Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This confirms your order details but doesn't yet guarantee availability we'll follow up separately once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.
Please check your confirmation email carefully and get in touch straight away if anything (delivery address, items, or quantities) needs correcting.
2. Delivery
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within Ireland only.
Processing & Delivery Time
Please allow 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. This timeframe covers order processing, preparation, and transit. If we anticipate a delay beyond this window, we'll contact you directly.

Note: for orders of €1,500 or under, the exact shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress to your door.
3. Returns & Refunds
Return Window
You may return an item within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging
• With all original tags still attached
Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us (see Contact Us below) within 14 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to return an item.
2. Pack the item securely, unused, with original packaging and tags.
3. Post it back to the return address we provide.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by card through Shopify Payments, the refund will be processed through Shopify back to your card.
Please allow time for processing: once a refund is issued, it may take a number of business days for your bank, card provider, or Strike to reflect the funds, depending on their own processing times.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
• Debit/Credit Card — processed securely through Shopify Payments.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details these are handled directly by Shopify Payments and Strike in line with their own security standards.
5. Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items
We carefully check every order before dispatch, but if something arrives damaged, faulty, or if part of your order is missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate and in these cases, you won't be asked to cover return postage.
6. Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible within 12 working hours If your order hasn't yet been processed or dispatched, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, you'll need to follow our standard returns process once it arrives.
7. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law. As a consumer shopping online in Ireland, you are generally entitled to:
• A cooling-off period of 14 days to withdraw from most online purchases, separate from our returns policy above.
• Goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
• A repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty or not as described, under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services legislation and EU consumer protection law.
This policy is intended to work alongside not instead of those rights. If you have a concern about your statutory rights, you can also contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) for independent guidance (www.ccpc.ie).
